This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to services provided by Birbal Bits (OPC) Private Limited.
As we offer digital and consulting-based services such as SEO, digital marketing, web development, and related solutions, the following policy applies.
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email to:
Before Work Begins
If cancellation is requested before any project work has commenced, the service may be cancelled without additional charges.
After Work Has Started
If cancellation is requested after work has begun:
The cancellation request will still be accepted
However, any completed work will be chargeable
Initial payments will be treated as service initiation and resource allocation fees
Monthly / Ongoing Services
For recurring services such as SEO retainers:
A minimum 7-day prior written notice is required
Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
Mid-cycle cancellations are not applicable
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions.
No Guaranteed Results
SEO and digital marketing performance depends on multiple external factors including search engine algorithms and market competition. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.
Non-Refundable Situations
Payments once made are non-refundable in the following cases:
Work has already commenced
Strategy or consultation has been delivered
Implementation has started
Monthly service cycle has begun
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Payment made but project did not begin due to internal limitations from our side
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Advance Payments
All advance payments are treated as commitment towards service initiation and resource allocation and are non-refundable once work has started.
Chargebacks
Clients are requested to contact us before initiating any chargeback requests. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and may be subject to review.
