Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Service Delivery (Shipping)

All services purchased from Birbal Bits (OPC) Private Limited are delivered digitally.

Delivery of services begins after:

• Successful receipt of payment.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.
• Submission of required project information by the client.

Depending on the scope of work, service initiation typically begins within 2–5 business days from the date of confirmation.

All communication, reports, deliverables, and updates are shared via:

• Email.
• Online meetings.
• Shared documents.
• Project management tools.

No physical shipping is involved in any of our services.

2. Exchange Policy

As our offerings are service-based and customized according to client requirements, we do not offer exchanges in the traditional sense.

However, the following applies:

• If there is a service scope adjustment request, it may be accommodated subject to mutual agreement.
• Changes or modifications must be requested within a reasonable time from project initiation.
• Any major change in service scope may require revised timelines or pricing.

Approved adjustments will be treated as service modifications and not as replacements.

3. Non-Exchangeable Services

Once strategy, consultation, or implementation work has begun:

• Services cannot be exchanged for another service.
• Deliverables already completed remain chargeable.
• Allocated resources and time are considered utilized.

4. Delivery Delays

Service timelines may vary due to:

• Delay in receiving required inputs from the client.
• External platform dependencies, such as search engines or ad platforms.
• Project complexity or scope changes.

Such delays shall not be considered a failure in delivery.
