13. Payment Terms
All services provided by Birbal Bits (OPC) Private Limited are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For recurring services, payments must be made prior to the start of each billing cycle.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
14. Service Commencement
Service is considered commenced once:
- Access credentials are shared by the client, OR
- Strategy document is delivered, OR
- Any SEO, development, marketing, or consulting work has begun.
Once service has commenced, it is deemed as work in progress.
15. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before service commencement.
After services have commenced, cancellation requests may not qualify for refunds.
16. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services:
- Payments once made are non-refundable after service commencement.
- No refunds shall be issued for completed digital deliverables.
- Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
17. No Guarantee of Results
Birbal Bits does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, revenue outcomes, or advertising performance.
Search engines and digital platforms operate independently and results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
18. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the client agrees to contact Birbal Bits directly to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
All disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
